Pricing may fluctuate due to steel market conditions, freight costs, and supplier changes.
Orders & Acceptance
Orders are not considered confirmed until:
A quote has been approved, and
Written confirmation has been received by Municipal Steel Supply
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Custom Fabrication
All fabrication services are performed based on customer-provided specifications.
Municipal Steel Supply is not responsible for:
Errors in drawings or specifications provided by the customer
Design or engineering decisions
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all measurements and requirements prior to approval.
Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines are estimated and based on supplier availability, fabrication schedules, and freight coordination.
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines:
Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control
We will communicate any changes as soon as possible
Municipal Steel Supply is not liable for project delays resulting from shipping or supplier issues.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of steel supply and custom fabrication:
Custom or fabricated materials are non-returnable
Standard material returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees
Cancellations must be requested prior to order processing and may not be guaranteed
Limitation of Liability
Municipal Steel Supply shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses resulting from delays, incorrect specifications, or misuse of materials
Our liability is limited to the value of the materials or services provided.
Intellectual Property

By submitting drawings, specifications, or other materials, you confirm that:
