Before launching MSS, I spent over six years working at a local steel shop. I handled everything from customer service and quoting to inventory management, fabrication coordination, and delivery logistics. During that time, I worked closely with suppliers, carriers, and contractors on projects of all sizes.
That experience showed me where problems often occur—miscommunication, delayed deliveries, and incorrect orders.
