Flat bar is exactly what it sounds like — long, flat strips of solid steel. It's one of the most commonly ordered items in any steel yard because it has so many uses, from welding projects to brackets to repair work. We stock flat bar in over 170 sizes, from 1/8 inch thick up through 3 inches thick, and from 1/2 inch wide up to 15 inches wide. Standard length is 20 feet.
